Office hours of 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, Monday-Friday with an out of office service available
24 hours a day. We aim to respond to all calls within 15 minutes.

As an ongoing measure of our candidate’s suitability, we will obtain regular feedback from the placements that a candidate takes. We encourage all of our schools to engage with us through feedback to ascertain candidate suitability.

  • Prioritise a particular candidate back to your school
  • Identify and provide any necessary training to our candidate
  • Improve our service to your school
