SHARES Recruitment is a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). SHARES Recruitment adheres to the Education Division Code of Practice. This Code of Practice ensures that agencies work to a consistent operating framework and demonstrate standards related to safeguarding. We are also a member of the Safer Recruitment Consortium and are committed to promoting best practice in the recruitment of staff. Alongside this we work with different LA’s to ensure we comply with all policies and procedures set out. We also work closely with LADO’s from each LA in order to report and action any concerns we may have.
Safeguarding is paramount to our daily operation and we conduct rigorous quality control in all aspects of registration, recruitment and vetting on all our teaching and support staff, which fulfil standards, set by the DfE, in their document ‘Keeping Children Safe In Education’.
